What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in 4pm - Check out 11am.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

For early check ins: We will do our best to accommodate-if the guests can let us know in advance (ex: if we have rooms cleaned, vacant from previous night).

For late check outs: If availability allows, fees apply after 11am.

Is there parking available? If so, is it free or paid?

Yes, valet parking $25/night on site.

Do you have Wi-Fi, and is it complimentary?

Wi-fi is complimentary for our guests. Sign in with room name and room number is required.

Are pets allowed?

We only allow service animals.

Does Rivet House offer shuttle service to UGA home games?

Yes, Rivet House provides a 28-passenger trolley bus shuttle service on UGA home game Saturdays. The shuttle runs between Rivet House and Sanford Stadium, starting 3 hours before kickoff and continuing until 10 PM or up to 1 hour post-game if later. An itinerary will be sent to you prior to departure. Shuttle service is available for the following 2024 games:

  • 9.7.24 vs. Tennessee Tech
  • 10.5.24 vs. Auburn
  • 10.12.24 vs. Mississippi State
  • 11.16.24 vs. Tennessee
  • 11.23.24 vs. UMass
  • 11.29.24 vs. Georgia Tech (Friday Game)
What is your cancellation policy?

Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) have different cancellation policies. For our direct bookings, cancellations made 72 hours prior to check-in are free of charge, while cancellations made within this window may incur a penalty equivalent to one night's stay. Please note that non-refundable bookings may apply during events and holidays.

Do you provide shuttle service to and from the airport?

We do not provide shuttle service.

Do you offer room service, and what are the hours?

No room service at this time.

Is there a minibar in the room?

There are just a few snack items and beverages, no alcoholic drinks.

Do you have accessible rooms for guests with disabilities?

Yes.

How do I request additional amenities such as extra towels or pillows?

The front desk team can assist by calling them from the room phone.
